Xendpay is the online service from Xendpay Ltd.  Xendpay Ltd is an agent of foreign exchange specialist  RationalFX Ltd, who are a sister company based in the City of London.  RationalFX and their agents are authorised by the FCA for the purposes of Payments and regulated by HM Revenues & Customs.

RationalFX is a trading name of Rational Foreign Exchange Limited, which is registered in England. The registered address of the company is Holland House, Bury Street, London EC3A 5AW and the companies registration number is 05385999.

Financial Conduct Authority (was the FSA)

Under the Payment Services Regulations 2009, Rational Foreign Exchange Limited is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), FRN No: 507958, for the provision of payment services.  Xendpay Ltd is an Agent of RationalFX.

HM Revenues and Customs

Under the Money Laundering Regulations 2007, Rational Foreign Exchange Limited is registered as a Money Service Business (MSB) with HM Revenue & Customs, MSB No. 12206957. Both companies (RationalFX and Xendpay) have a full-time Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).

Data Protection

Under the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998 we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office No. PZ8997024.

Client Funds held in Barclays Client Account

In line with our Regulatory framework and consistent with good practise, all Clients funds are held separate from Xendpay funds in a Client Account at Barclays Bank or similar Tier 1 banks, so your payments and transfers are not held by us and we earn no interest from holding onto Client Funds.

Online Security a very high priority

Xendpay’s online payments and money transfer system uses the same technologies as online banking for security. The server uses the Secure web site protocol called SSL - which is indicated in the toolbar, so your data is transmitted in a secure way and all password data is encrypted.

If you make a payment using a Debit Card, the Card Security Code and Internet Password (e.g. Verified by Visa) are not visible to Xendpay and are always hidden and encrypted, so you can be confident that your personal data is secure with Xendpay.
